Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nksha purchase.

* Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
* Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use cannot be exchanged or returned.
* For exchanges, the new item will be delivered at the same time the original item is collected. The returned item will be inspected, and the exchange is subject to the item meeting our return conditions and the requested item being available.
* Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
